Parking tickets not paid within 10 days are subject to a $9.00 late fee.

Citations must be paid in the order received.

For a release for citations suspending a driver's license, please call us at (865) 215-7500.

Certain violations require court appearance and may NOT be paid online, including:

  • Underage Consumption
  • Dangerous Dog - other animal control violations
  • Codes Violations (housing, business and zoning)
  • Citations where officer has written Must Appear in Court
